We understand that passing an audit is crucial for our clients’ success, which is why we offer audit assistance. Our assistance includes ensuring that our clients’ practices and behaviors align with their documented systems and processes, their resources have been used for their intended purpose, and their training and assessment strategies are clearly and appropriately presented to the auditor.
We understand that changes made to our resources may affect their overall design and integrity, and give rise to audit problems. However, we are committed to helping our clients overcome these problems at our usual rates.
If non-compliance is identified during an audit, our clients can claim compliance assistance by submitting the official audit report to CAQA Resources. We require a minimum of 15 business days’ notice to resource and complete updates to assessment tools. Requests made without the official audit report will not qualify for the compliance assistance.
Please note that from 1st July 2018, ASQA may no longer provide an opportunity for rectification if non-compliance is identified in the audit. This change affects initial RTO registrations and may affect other types of regulatory audits.
